Macmillan's Mobile Unit to pay Liberty a visit

2nd March

Macmillan's Mobile Unit will be paying a visit to the Liberty Stadium on Saturday ahead of the Swans' Premier League clash with Burnley.
Following a successful visit to SA1 last season prior to the game against Chelsea, the green bus will be back this weekend to offer an array of services and advice.
Parking up outside the stadium, the Mobile Unit will be giving fans practical cancer information from 10am and will be open until 3pm.

"We are delighted to be returning to the Liberty Stadium," said Michelle Smith, Macmillan's Senior Lead Cancer Information and Support Specialist. "Last year we managed to reach 1,119 people to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of the most common cancers.
"We hope to have the same success this year and look forward to meeting the fans."
Manned by Macmillan experts, the bus will welcome anyone looking for information about all aspects of living with, or being affected by cancer - from answering questions about symptoms or money worries, to discussing treatments and living life after cancer.
Additionally they will be giving away a signed Swans ball to one lucky fan so stop by the bus for a chat and to be in with the chance of winning.
