Gavin Ward will be the man in the middle for Swansea City’s Championship clash with Brentford at the Liberty Stadium.
The Surrey official has refereed in the EFL since 2007 and he oversaw three Swansea fixtures last term.
He was at the helm of the home win over Bolton, the defeat at Bristol City and the FA Cup third-round win at Aston Villa.
This will be the first time he has taken charge of the Swans this season.
He will be assisted by Daniel Leach and Mark Pottage, while Mark Russell is the fourth official.
