Man in the middle: Lee Mason

29th January
First team

Lee Mason will take charge of the Swans’ Premier League fixture against Arsenal at the Liberty on Tuesday (7.45pm).

Mason, from Bolton, will be the man in the middle for a Swans game for the third time this season after officiating the Swans' 2-1 loss to Watford at the Liberty in September and the 2-1 defeat at Arsenal at the Emirates in October.

Mason also took charge of the Swans’ League One Play-off final against Barnsley at the Millennium Stadium back in 2006.

Mason has refereed 235 matches in the top flight, issuing 714 bookings and 38 red cards.

He will be assisted on Tuesday by Harry Lennard and Stuart Burt, while Roger East is the fourth official.
