General Sale tickets for Swansea City’s fourth round Carabao Cup tie against Manchester City will become available at 10am on Monday October 13. This will include any unclaimed season ticket holder seats.

Ahead of Monday’s General Sale ticket window, supporters are reminded to ensure their Swans Account is fully up-to-date and linked with their ticketing account.

We encourage supporters who haven't purchased a ticket before, to set-up their Swans club account and link their ticketing account prior to the general sale window.

SWANS ACCOUNT

When setting up your Swans Account, please take additional care to ensure the following details are correct:

  • Email address (this is how your tickets will be sent to you)
  • Date of birth (to ensure you can purchase and access correct tickets)

If you are purchasing tickets as a family, follow THESE steps to link your accounts together ahead of Monday.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Supporters are advised to purchase online as this is the quickest and easiest way to secure your seats for the fixture.

Tickets will become available at 10am via the link below.

To ensure your online journey is as smooth as possible, please create and update your Swans Club account today by clicking HERE.

PHONELINES

Supporters are reminded that phonelines are primarily meant for the use of supporters who require accessible seating which cannot be purchased online.

We ask that supporters be respectful of those who have to use phonelines to purchase, and ask that anyone who can purchase online does so.

The club has seen a large increase in phone calls from people purchasing tickets for this fixture and wait times are expected to be long.

Please note, there is no guarantee that supporters waiting in the phone queue will be able to purchase tickets in the event that the fixture sells out.

IN PERSON

The ticket office located within the club shop will be open from 10am on Monday October 13.

Supporters are reminded that there is no guarantee that supporters visiting the ticket office in person will be able to purchase tickets in the event that the fixture sells out.
