Mawson: Finish with a flourish against Foxes

8th February

Alfie Mawson admits Swansea City aim to finish with a flourish on Sunday after they were cruelly denied at Manchester City last weekend.
Paul Clement's side looked on course to break their duck at the Etihad Stadium by recording their first Premier League point at Manchester City.
Gylfi Sigurdsson's equaliser in the last ten minutes had put the Swans within touching distance of a well-earned point.

But Gabriel Jesus' winner in additional time meant it was heartache in Manchester, with Clement and co returning with nothing to show for their efforts.
Now the Swans prepare to host defending league champions Leicester City who, like themselves, sit above the relegation zone by one point.
And Mawson knows it will be another huge game in SA1.

"We've been on a good run with some fantastic results, but this will be a different test for us," said the centre-back, who was a summer signing from Championship side Barnsley.
"It's at home, we will have fantastic backing from our fans and it's up to us to get the result everyone wants.
"It was a cruel finish for us at Manchester City, but now we've got to pick ourselves up and prepare for Leicester and make sure we finish the game in the manner we want.
"It's a big game for us - we know how important it could be for our season."

Sunday's fixture with the Foxes at the Liberty (4pm) has now sold out.
