David Webb will be the referee for Swansea City's Championship opener against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park on Saturday (3pm).
The County Durham official took charge of two Swans games last season, awarding a key late spot-kick for Andre Ayew to net a late winner at Stoke, and overseeing a goalless draw against Reading.
During the 2019-20 campaign he had the whistle for draws at Hull and Sheffield Wednesday, and the win at Luton.
Webb will be assisted by Matthew Mcgrath and Geoffrey Liddle, while Ross Joyce is the fourth official.
