Geoff Eltringham is the referee for Swansea City’s Championship clash with Bristol City on Friday night (7.45pm).
The County Durham official took charge of the Swans on three occasions last season, overseeing wins at Wycombe Wanderers and at home to Nottingham Forest, plus defeat at Watford.
He has been refereeing in the EFL since 2009, and has been a regular feature in the Championship for a number of seasons.
Eltringham will be assisted by Nick Greenhalgh and Shaun Hudson, while Matthew Donohue is the fourth official.
