The right-back missed the midweek loss at Bolton but was restored to Kit Symon's starting XI as Fulham suffered consecutive defeats.

Orient climbed off the bottom thanks to this win, with Hedges introduced while the visitors were trailing 2-1. They went on to claim victory thanks to Dean Cox's stoppage-time winner.

The striker, who had scored in Tranmere's midweek draw with Newport, played for the full 90 minutes as he made his seventh appearance under Micky Adams.
