Monday's loan watch

29th September

Alan Tate and Scott Tancock made their first appearances for Crewe and Newport County over the weekend.
Tate played the full 90 minutes as Crewe went down 3-0 at home to Colchester United, which leaves Steve Davis' side rooted to the bottom of League One. Crewe are next in action on Tuesday when they host Notts County.
There were much better fortunes for Tancock, however, as the 20-year-old centre-back got his first taste of senior football in Newport's 4-1 home win over AFC Wimbledon side. Tancock featured for the whole game while former Swans striker Bayo Akinfenwa scored the Dons' consolation.
Meanwhile, Daniel Alfei missed Northampton's 1-0 win at Morecambe due to a hamstring injury while Michu was an unused substitute as Napoli rose to eighth in Serie A following a 1-0 win at bottom club Sassuolo.
