Swans loanee Michu made his first start for Napoli as Rafa Benitez's side went down 1-0 at Udinese.
The midfielder, who joined the Italian club on loan this summer, featured for 72 minutes before being replaced by Dries Martens.
Former Swan loanee Jonathan de Guzman came off the bench, with Udinese's winner coming after 70 minutes via Danilo Larangeira.
Napoli are currently 15th in Serie A, having picked up three points from as many games.



Meanwhile, Daniel Alfei featured in a bizarre League Two clash as Northampton lost out in a nine-goal thriller.
Alfei played for 79 minutes as the Cobblers went down 5-4 in a thrilling game in which they had previously trailed 4-1 and 5-2 before some late goals set up a tense finish.
The 22-year-old was making his sixth league appearance of the campaign for Chris Wilder's side, who are in ninth place in League Two with 14 points collected from nine games.
