A year on from featuring in Swansea City's Capital One Cup final victory over Bradford City, Ki Sung-Yueng was back at Wembley last weekend.
The South Korean, on loan from the Swans, featured for the whole game as Sunderland lost the League Cup final 3-1 to Manchester City.
The 25-year-old has made 28 appearances for the Black Cats since his temporary switch to the Stadium of Light, with Ki managing three goals.
Curtis Obeng made his first appearances for League One side Stevenage over the past week.
Last Tuesday, Stevenage boss Graham Westley handed Obeng his full debut in the 1-0 win at home to Crewe.
At the weekend, Obeng again got 90 minutes under his belt as he helped his side climb off the bottom of League One with a 3-2 win at Bradford.
Daniel Alfei made his ninth appearance for Portsmouth last Tuesday as they ran out 1-0 winners over Accrington in front of over 13,000 at Fratton Park.
Meanwhile, Alan Tate helped Aberdeen inflict the first league defeat on Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic.
The 31-year-old also featured for the whole game last weekend as the Dons beat St Johnstone 1-0 to strengthen their position behind Celtic in second spot.
