More to come from Swansea City's Jefferson Montero

23rd September

Jefferson Montero revealed he's hoping to earn more rave reviews after playing a starring role in the Swans' 3-0 win over Everton in the Capital One Cup.
The Ecuadorian international gave a hugely impressive performance at the Liberty, with Montero's trickery and pace causing numerous problems for the Everton defence.
Montero set up the opening goal for Nathan Dyer, with his pinpoint low cross picking out his fellow winger at the back post before further strikes from Gylfi Sigurdsson and sub Marvin Emnes wrapped up the win to send the Swans through to the fourth round.
The 25-year-old continued to impress for the remainder of the match in what was only his second start for the Swans.
And he hopes his latest display will earn him more opportunities to impress from the start.

"I'm very happy because we won and we have progressed to the next round," said Montero. "I'm also very happy with the performance of the team and always the encouragement the supporters gave me.
"I really enjoyed the game - I always give 100 per cent and try to do my best for the team.
"I always want to play, but the decision is always for the manager. I am always ready to give everything no matter how big a role I have in the team.
"But I hope to improve in every single match and bring more to the team."
