Show your mum just how special she is this Mother's Day by winning her the perfect Swans gift in the our celebratory competition.
With Mother's Day just around the corner, we are giving Swans fans the opportunity to get their hands on the ideal present in time for the special day on March 30.
If your mum is a massive Swans fan, then all you have to do is tweet @SwansClubShop a picture of your "My Mum's a Jack" moment on Twitter using the hashtag #mymumsajack.
Whether it's your mum in her Swans shirt at a game, on holiday or at home, send us your pictures to be in with a chance of landing our prize.
The winner of our competition will receive a hamper full of personalised #mymumsajack gifts, including a teddy bear, chocolates, £15 gift voucher, plus much more.
And the Club Shop will be using the winning 'My Mum's a Jack' image to add a personal touch to the prizes.
But that's not all. The winning mum's picture will also feature in the official matchday programme when Chelsea visit the Liberty on April 19.
Entries for our competition close at 5pm on Wednesday, March 26, with the winner to be selected and contacted on Thursday, March 27, to arrange the pick-up of the prize on Friday, March 28 - just in time for Mother's Day.
Meanwhile, in yet another way to mark the special day, the Club Shop are offering 20% off of all ladies stock, including jewellery and accessories, in the run up to Mother's Day.
This special offer will run from Sunday, March 16, all the way up to Mother's Day and will be available at the Club Shop, the Cwmdu Superstore and online.
