Naughton: Every detail counts

21st October

Kyle Naughton has revealed that every little detail counts under new Swansea City manager Bob Bradley.
The Swans kicked off life under Bradley with a narrow 3-2 defeat at Arsenal last weekend, while he takes in his first home game this Saturday with Watford the visitors to the Liberty.
Preparations continue on the training pitch, with Bradley hoping to steer the Swans to their first home win of the campaign.
And Naughton has been impressed with the American's approach and demands from the squad as he looks to move the Swans up the table.

"The tempo in training has been a lot higher recently," said Naughton. "The manager is a great communicator and he makes it clear what he wants from each player and the team in general.
"On a Monday or Tuesday we will be given our stats from training, and if you don't reach your targets then you will do extra work to make it up.
"It's all about the little details so that you can make a big difference. It's no good only being able to work intensely for 45 minutes - it must be for 90 minutes in the Premier League.
"I thought we played well at Arsenal last week, but we fell just short. With the work we are doing on the training pitch, we are preparing very well for Saturday.
"Watford have made a very good start to the season, so we have to be at our best physically and tactically if we want to get back to winning ways."
