Oscar's a cut above the rest

25th February

The Champagne was flowing in the Wembley dressing room after Swansea's Capital One Cup triumph over Bradford City on Sunday.
But Swans fitness and conditioning coach Oscar Garcia was more concerned about keeping his scalp intact and ears in one piece after being collared for a celebratory haircut.
Having received stick from the squad over the last few weeks about his long hair, the Spaniard promised to get a trim if the Swans lifted the cup at Wembley.
While Oscar was expecting to visit the local barber to keep his promise, members of the Swans squad had other ideas and promptly unveiled a secret set of trimmers.
Swans midfielder Kemy Agustien took the lead as head barber with the trimmers, while Michu, Chico and physio Richard Buchanan added the finishing touches with a pair of medical scissors.
Oscar, who joined Michael Laudrup's backroom staff in July after spells at top French club Monaco, Numancia, Getafe and Spartak Moscow, was last seen crying into his Champagne after "being butchered".
The boys reckon he still looks like Freddie and the Dreamers though!
