Paloschi takes centre-stage in Jack Mag

18th March

Swans new boy Alberto Paloschi takes centre-stage in Saturday's Jack Magazine as the Swans host Aston Villa in the Barclays Premier League (5.30pm).
From becoming an overnight sensation at AC Milan to contemplating retirement from football, Paloschi has experienced highs and lows throughout his career so far. In tomorrow's official matchday programme, he discusses why he is hoping his time in Swansea will launch his career to an all-time high.
"When I found out that Swansea were interested in me, it was a very easy decision for me to make," insisted the 26-year-old. "I got to know a few days before deadline day that I was coming here, and I was happy to accept almost instantly.
"I know what Michu and [Wilfried] Bony did here. I was aware of them and watched what they did at Swansea. I know they have moved on and I am my own player with my own characteristics and style; I admire them for what they did here but I have to be my own man.
"I am aware of what Swansea paid for me and I will do everything I can to repay them with goals. It is my responsibility to do that and help the club survive. I want to be a Swansea hero like they were."

Elsewhere in Saturday's matchday magazine, we get to know a little bit more about Scotland Under-21 midfielder Jay Fulton, while young winger Liam Edwards discusses the jump from playing local league football to being called up to represent Wales Under-17s.
Meanwhile, former Villa and Swans winger Barrie Hole reflects on his time at both clubs, poet and musician Benjamin Zephaniah goes under the spotlight in 'A Famous Face', and former Swans star Pat Lally features in 'Where Are They Now?'.
And if that wasn't enough for you, we have plenty more insightful and entertaining features to whet your appetite right up until kick-off!
Jack Magazine is available for just £3 on matchday from around the Liberty Stadium, the Club Shop and online.
It will also be available in Slee Stores in Plasmari, Coggers on Wind Street and Browns Newsagent in Landore.
Jack Magazine really is a must-have for any Swans fan. Don't miss out.
