PSV Eindhoven and Holland winger Luciano Narsingh signs for Swansea City

12th January

Swansea City have completed their first signing of the January transfer window following the arrival of Dutch international Luciano Narsingh from PSV Eindhoven for a £4million fee.
The right-footed winger, who is comfortable playing on either flank, arrives on a two-and-a-half year deal.
Narsingh completed his medical today but won't feature in Saturday's Premier League clash with Arsenal at the Liberty due to a slight calf injury.
The 26-year-old becomes Paul Clement's first signing since he took over as head coach, with Narsingh set to wear squad number 28.

Part of the famous Ajax youth set-up, which has brought through the likes of Rafael van der Vaart and Wesley Sneijder in recent years, Narsingh joined fellow Eredivisie outfit Heerenveen at the age of 18.
As a young winger, he scored 12 times in 39 appearances during the 2011-12 season for De Superfriezen, adding a record 22 league assists, which earned him a move to Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven in the summer of 2012.
He went on to play more than 100 times for Phillip Cocu's side, scoring on 23 occasions in just over four years with the club. He has helped PSV win the Eredivisie title twice during his time at the club - in 2014-15 and in 2015-16.
It is his impressive form at club level that has earned him 19 caps for the Dutch national team, for whom he was part of their Euro 2012 squad, although he didn't feature in the tournament.
He has scored four goals for Holland, including the match-winning goal in his country's 2-1 win over England in March last year.
