Bersant Celina watched on from the bench as Kosovo registered a Nations League victory over the Faroe Islands on Monday night.
The Swansea City star played 70 minutes of Kosovo's goalless draw in Azerbaijan last Friday.
But he was an unused substitute as they beat the Faroes 2-0 in Pristina, with Sheffield Wednesday striker Atdhe Nuhiu among the scorers.
In Solna, meantime, Kristoffer Nordfeldt was also an unused substitute as Sweden were beaten 3-2 in Turkey.
Martin Olsson, who picked up a calf problem in the Swans' win at Millwall 10 days ago, was not involved.
