The event, which will be attended by manager Graham Potter and the first-team squad, will be hosted by Kevin Johns MBE with awards co-presented by club ambassadors Lee Trundle and Leon Britton.

Last year's event saw Lukasz Fabianski pick up the supporters' player and away player of the season awards.

Jordan Ayew, meanwhile, was voted players' player while the striker also landed the top scorer and goal of the season gongs.

Connor Roberts picked up the Best Newcomer award with George Byers named Under-23/Young Player award.

Leon Britton received The Community Champion award for his fine work with groups and clubs in the city.
