Riverside Lounge changes

29th August

Swans fans will be able to benefit from changes to opening times and a new access initiative for the Riverside Lounge at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
Those East Stand ticket holders entering the Riverside Lounge before kick-off tomorrow for refreshments will then be able to enter the East Stand seating areas direct from the bar. It means there will be no need to leave the stadium and re-enter via the turnstiles.
The opening time has also been brought forward to 12.45pm so supporters can watch the early kick-off between Burnley and Manchester United on new 50inch LG screens after the installation of BT Sport throughout the stadium.
Please note that the Riverside Lounge holds a maximum of 300 people so entry will be on a first come first served basis.
The early kick-off will also allow fans to watch the second-half of the game throughout the concourse and lounge areas on the new LG screens once turnstiles open at 1.30pm.
Once again, supporters are encouraged to arrive at the stadium early to avoid delays.

We would also urge supporters to note the following advice:
For all supporters who didn't receive, lost or damaged their initial season ticket card and requested a new one, please use the latest one you have. Only the latest card will grant you access to the stadium. The old card will be rejected.

Only your season card will allow entry to the stadium. Your Jack Army card cannot be used to gain entry.

For the print at home option, only one ticket per transaction will gain you entry. Multiple prints from one transaction will be rejected. For example, if you bought one ticket, then you should print one barcoded ticket. Printing more than one barcode for the purchase of one ticket will mean the additional barcodes will be rejected. This will also slow down access for your fellow supporters.

If you barcode is faded or damaged on printing, then please go to the ticket office in advance and as early as possible to request a re-issued ticket. All ticket queries should also be made at the ticket office as early as possible.

You are also advised to bring ID if you have a concession ticket.

Pre-booked ticket collections should now be made in the trailer outside the ticket office.

PARKING: The stadium currently has a number of additional car parking spaces available at the Landore Park and Walk and land adjacent to the Tennis Centre. To purchase parking for the season from just £85, contact Rebecca Gigg on 01792 616401. You can also pay at the car parks on the day on a match-by-match basis, subject to availability.
