Routledge ruled out for remainder of season

25th April 2015

Swans winger Wayne Routledge will miss the remaining five games of the campaign due to an ankle problem.
The 30-year-old has undergone an operation to cure the long-standing injury in order for him to return in time for pre-season training.
It means Routledge sits out today's game against his former club Newcastle United at St James' Park along with the fixtures with Stoke, Arsenal, Manchester City and Crystal Palace.
With Routledge sidelined, the Swans have recalled Modou Barrow from his loan spell at Championship club Nottingham Forest.
