The Swans sign off arguably the most successful season in the club's history this Sunday - and we want you to ensure the Liberty is a wave of black and white.
Michael Laudrup has guided the Swans to a guaranteed top-half finish in the Barclays Premier League in his first year in charge.
And there will be European football coming to South West Wales next season too after the Swans lifted their first major trophy after beating Bradford in the Capital One Cup final at Wembley.
The league campaign concludes this Sunday as Fulham visit the Liberty, with the Swans chasing an eighth-place finish.
To make it an occasion to remember, we want you - the Jack Army - to ensure there's a party atmosphere to celebrate the club's achievements.
