Back by popular demand . . . Swansea-based tribute band The Stoned Roses will be headlining the Jacks Zone on Saturday as Gillingham arrive at the Liberty Stadium for FA Cup action.

Paying tribute to the iconic Stone Roses, the band received rave reviews when they made their Jacks Zone debut back in September. Their performance proved to be the start to a perfect day as the Swans went on to beat QPR 3-0.

Formed in January 2017, The Stoned Roses include Mark Edwards (drums, vocals) Paul Milton (guitar), Julian 'Minna' Johnson (bass) and Andrew Pompa (vocals).

The band have been building a strong following all over the UK and are quickly becoming recognised as one of the most authentic-sounding tributes to the seminal Manchester outfit.

Formed through their love of the Stone Roses, they promise an experience as real as possible, recreating the magic of all the classic Roses tunes.

You can catch up with the band from around 1.30pm, while the free Jacks Zone opens its doors from 12.30pm until 2.45pm.

The Jacks Zone, situated in front of the South Stand, provides fans with the perfect opportunity to start their matchday experience early.

With a new large, enclosed marquee in place to guard against the Welsh weather, fans can enjoy live music, bar facilities and drinks promotions, kids’ activities and the chance to catch the early FA Cup tie (12.30pm) between Accrington Stanley and Derby County in seated areas in front of our large TV screens.

And with the game designated a ‘Kids for a Quid’ fixture, with the added bonus of a ‘Come With Your Club’ promotion for local junior football teams, young fans can also enjoy interactive activities such as football tables, shooting tests and a speed cage (the inflatables are weather dependent).

There will also be the usual special drinks promotion for the game, with bottles of Coors Light (330ml) at just £2 and Stowford Press Cider at £3 (500ml).

So why not start your matchday early and come down to the Jacks Zone? You can enter via the entrance to the South car park, halfway down the red tarmac of the South Stand or from the retail park foot bridge.

Supporters must have a match ticket to enter the Jacks Zone. No drinks can be brought into the Jacks Zone. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult. The Jacks Zone will be closed during and after the game.
