Supporter information | Swansea City v Bristol City

11th February
Fans

Swansea City would like to urge supporters to read this match guide which contains important information ahead of Sunday’s Championship game against Bristol City at the Swansea.com Stadium (1pm).

The club would like to remind supporters that NHS COVID passes remain a legal requirement for fans in attendance of Swansea City home fixtures, and we thank fans in advance for their support of this process.

We ask fans to be patient and respectful of our match day staff, as foul language or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and could result in lengthy stadium bans.

NHS Covid Pass

Supporters over the age of 18 must have a valid NHS Covid pass to attend this fixture.

Early arrival is highly recommended, and supporters are requested to have their Covid pass and match ticket ready for inspection before arriving at the turnstile.

You must ensure that, if using a digital NHS Covid pass, your pass is updated and displaying a valid date.

At previous fixtures there have been some supporters who have had difficulty trying to access the internet to view their pass. To avoid any problems, we highly recommend that supporters either:

  • Add their NHS Covid pass to their digital wallets (such as the Apple wallet or Google Pay).
  • Take a screenshot the valid pass.
  • Print a physical a copy of the pass.

There is full information available on the NHS Covid pass on our dedicated webpage and we encourage supporters to review this before travelling to the Swansea.com Stadium.

Face coverings are also encouraged in the concourses and hospitality areas, but they can be removed when in the stadium bowl and during the game.

Supporters also must adhere to our code of conduct found HERE.

Tickets

Season ticket holders are encouraged to bring their season ticket card to future fixtures and to be ready with the card and valid NHS Covid pass ready for checking at the turnstile.

Match ticket holders must print their tickets and ensure the print quality is satisfactory before travelling to the stadium.

The ticket office will be open from 8am on Sunday (February 13) to assist supporters with any queries regarding their match ticket. Alternatively, supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com or call 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Fans who DO NOT have a match ticket SHOULD NOT attend the stadium.

There will be NO match day sales available for this fixture.

Fans who have chosen NOT to acquire a valid form of an NHS Covid pass should not attend.

Fans displaying symptoms of Covid-19 SHOULD NOT attend.

Catering and the Riverside Lounge

The Riverside Lounge will be open for all match ticket holders from 11am. Supporters who are sat in the North, South or West stands should be aware that their NHS Covid pass will be checked on entry to the Riverside Lounge, and they will be asked to present this again when accessing through their designated turnstiles.

Turnstiles will open from 11.30am, with catering offers in place across the stadium. Supporters can take advantage of deals available for the first 45 minutes of opening, including our bacon roll offer from just £3.

Parking and travel

We advise supporters to plan their journey accordingly and leave in plenty of time when travelling to the Swansea.com Stadium.

Supporters should be aware that there may be road closures around the area of the stadium in effect before kick-off, with definite closures expected after the final whistle. Stadium car parks may also be closed for some time after the game, which will cause significant delays. Again we are grateful to supporters for their patience in this matter.

Ticket holders in the East Stand should also be aware of an alternative route to access their seats. Access through the North car park will not be available pre and post-match for fans in the North-East corner and East Stand, with alternative routes using the cycle path around the back of the North car park.
