Swans sell out Wembley allocation

7th February

Swansea City can confirm the club's allocation for the Capital One Cup Final has now sold out.
Remaining tickets were purchased today by Jack Army members who are not Season Ticket holders, with the club set to take more than 33,000 supporters to the final against Bradford City at Wembley on Sunday, February 24 (4pm).
With tickets now sold out, we can begin the distribution of our allocation to supporters.
Tickets purchased over the Internet or through the call centre have been processed in date and time order, and the initial batches of tickets will shortly be ready for posting to supporters.
All tickets will be sent by Special Delivery and will therefore require a signature.
Tickets will be sent out in batches from the middle of week commencing February 11.
Supporters should double check their orders on receipt and inform the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office immediately on 0844 815 6665 of any discrepancies between the order and the tickets received.
Similarly, should any supporters not receive their tickets by Thursday, February 21 they should immediately inform the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office on the number above.
Wembley Stadium will only consider reissuing tickets in cases where tickets are not received in the post or are reported as stolen, and if Wembley Stadium are notified in advance. In this instance, the tickets will be reissued at the Wembley Box Office on matchday and a replacement ticket for a seat which is the same as the original ticket apart from the bar code and bar code number. This will override the original ticket which will not gain access to Wembley Stadium.
With this in mind, the Ticket Office will only receive and action any issues arising from the ticket selling and distribution process if they are received before 12 noon on Thursday, February 21.
