Daniel James will hope to land a first senior cap when Wales face Albania on Tuesday night.

The in-form Swansea City winger was an unused substitute as Ryan Giggs’s team were beaten 2-1 by Denmark on Friday night.

Connor Roberts played 90 minutes in the Denmark defeat.

The Swans duo are part of the squad for Tuesday night’s friendly in the Albanian city of Elbasan.

Oli McBurnie was in Albania over the weekend.

The striker watched on from the bench as Scotland won 4-0 against the Albanians to set up a crunch Nations League home clash with Israel on Tuesday.

Martin Olsson and Kristoffer Nordfeldt will be with Sweden for their key Nations League home clash with Russia on Tuesday.

The Swedes must win the game to claim promotion to League A having seen off Turkey on Saturday.

Olsson played the full 90 minutes as Janne Andersson’s team won 1-0 in Konya, while Nordfeldt was an unused substitute.

Cameron Carter-Vickers will hope for a taste of the action when the USA face Italy in a friendly in Belgium on Tuesday.

The centre-back did not make it off the bench as the Americans were beaten 3-0 by England at Wembley last Thursday.

Jefferson Montero played 36 minutes for Ecuador as they beat Peru 2-0.

The Ecuadorians face Panama on Tuesday.

Swans youngsters Brandon Cooper and Ben Cabango – who is on loan at The New Saints – have both been racking up game-time for Wales Under-19s.

The two central defenders have played two lots of 90 minutes, in defeat to Scotland last Wednesday and in a 2-1 victory over Sweden on Saturday.

They will hope to feature again when Paul Bodin’s team face San Marino on Tuesday.
