Swans stars set for international action

21st March

With the Premier League making way for international action this week, the Swans will have eight players on duty for their countries.
Five of the call-ups come at senior level, with Gylfi Sigurdsson, Lukasz Fabianski, Jefferson Montero, Ki Sung-Yueng and Kristoffer Nordfeldt all preparing for upcoming matches.
Sigurdsson hopes to boost Iceland's bid to qualify for the 2018 World Cup when they visit Kosovo.
Iceland are third in Group I - three points behind leaders Croatia - ahead of their game with a Kosovo side that is taking part in its first qualification campaign after becoming Fifa's newest Member last May.
Following that match on Friday, Iceland then take on Wales' group opponents Ireland four days later in a friendly in Dublin.

Lukasz Fabianski is involved in a top of the group clash on Sunday as Poland host Montenegro in Warsaw.
After drawing their opening game with Kazakhstan, Poland have followed that up with three straight wins over Denmark, Armenia and Romania to lead Group E - three points ahead of Montengro.
Finally in Europe, Kristoffer Nordfeldt is part of Sweden's squad ahead of a home clash with Belarus.
Sweden face tough competition to qualify from Group A, with France and Holland both rivalling for top spot.
But they will hope to cut the gap on leaders France, who sit three points clear of the group, with a home victory over Belarus side who are yet to win from four qualification fixtures.
Then, three days later, Nordfeldt and co take on Euro 2016 winners Portugal in a friendly in Funchal.

In the Asia qualifying section, Ki will be involved in two key games for South Korea.
First up for Ki and co is a trip to Changsa to take on China before returning to Seoul to host Syria.
South Korea sit one point adrift of Group A leaders Iran in the third round of Asia qualifying, with five games remaining.
Jefferson Montero also has back-to-back qualifiers as Ecuador step up their hopes to feature in the World Cup.

Ecuador, third in their South American qualification group and seven points behind leaders Brazil, visit Paraguay before hosting Colombia five days later in Quito.
The Swans also have two players representing their countries at Under-21 level.
Alfie Mawson is hoping he will add to his one England U21s cap when they face Germany and Denmark this week in friendly matches.
Oli McBurnie is also on international duty as Scotland U21s visit Estonia in a friendly.
Meanwhile, Swans youngster Marco Dulca links up with Romania U18s for a training camp in Israel.
