Support SwansAid and the Swansea City Community Trust by buying your copy of 'Heroes' in the club shop NOW.

Swansea City have teamed up with Welsh band 'Who's Molly?' to bring you the charity single 'Heroes', in aid of SwansAid and the Swansea City Community Trust.

Written by Karl Morgan and Christian Phillips, the CD will include five tracks, including new singles 'Heroes' and 'Don't Go Gentle', as well as YouTube hit 'Bringing it Home', which was The Wave's official Swans2Wembley song.

The EP will cost £5 and will be available from the club shops at the Liberty Stadium and in Cwmdu, while supporters can also purchase the CD online. All proceeds will go to SwansAid.

SwansAid was set up in August by Swans Community Trust in order to help fund special projects within the communities of West Wales.

So far this year, the trust fund has already donated grants to the likes of Surfability UK and six other community groups and projects.
