Swansea City defender Kyle Naughton wins red card appeal

15th January
Swansea City defender Kyle Naughton has had his red card overturned by the Football Association.
Naughton was sent off by referee Graham Scott in the 37th minute of Wednesday night's Barclays Premier League fixture following a challenge on Yann M'Vila.
But the decision was overturned on appeal this afternoon and the defender is now available for Monday night's fixture against Watford at the Liberty Stadium (8pm).
A statement from the FA confirmed: "Kyle Naughton's three-match suspension for serious foul play has been withdrawn with immediate effect following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing today (Friday 15 January 2016).
"A claim of wrongful dismissal in relation to Swansea City's game against Sunderland AFC on Wednesday 13 January 2016 was upheld."
