Swansea City defender Neil Taylor features in Wales defeat

4th June

Swans defender Neil Taylor featured for 83 minutes as Wales were beaten 2-0 by Holland in Amsterdam.
Taylor, replaced by Newcastle debutant Paul Dummett for the remaining seven minutes, won his 16th international cap as goals in either half from Arjen Robben and Jeremain Lens settled this friendly encounter.
Chris Coleman's side - captained for the first time by former Swans midfielder Joe Allen - gave a good account of themselves against a Dutch side preparing for the World Cup in Brazil later this month.
Former Swans loanee Jermaine Easter had Wales' best chance of the game just 40 seconds after coming on in place of Simon Church, but he was denied by keeper Jasper Cillessen.
Taylor's Swans team-mate Jazz Richards was an unused substitute.
