Internet sales assistant (part-time)
An exciting job opportunity for an enthusiastic internet sales assistant to provide support to the internet sales department during the Christmas period.
The role will be for a fixed period from September 2015 to January 2016 and full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will:
-    be able to work as part of a team
-    have a polite, helpful manner
-    be confident when dealing with difficult situations
-    be reliable and trustworthy
-    be comfortable using a computer

General duties include:
-     process orders
-     print off delivery notes for each customer
-     pick stock from the warehouse
-     print labels
-     pack orders for dispatch
-     answer any email and telephone enquiries within a timely manner

Desirable qualities:
-    previous experience of working in a retail environment
