Swansea City Ladies hit the goal trail with a 12-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth Ladies as they continued their successful 2016-17 pre-season campaign.
Swansea's Sophie Hancocks opened the scoring after the 15 minute to give the visitors an early lead before another three goals followed in quick succession via an Emma Beynon brace and one from Kelly Newcombe.
Hancocks scored her second of the game to extend the Swans' lead just before the half hour mark before skipper Alicia Powe waltzed past three players before finding the top corner with a 30-yard strike to make it 6-0 going into the break.
After the interval, Beynon slotted home twice to take the score to 8-0 before substitute Gemma Border extended the visitors' advantage in the 75th minute.
Shortly after, Newcombe continued the scoring with her second while defender Lowri Ridings headed home after she latched onto the end of a Katy Hosford corner.
Beynon completed the impressive 12-0 victory for Swans Ladies with an effort in the final minute.
After the match, manager Ian Owen said: "The team performance was outstanding. Everything that we implemented throughout pre-season came to the fore in this performance.
"Even though the score line suggests otherwise, Bournemouth were competitive throughout the game."
