16th March

Swansea City Ladies have progressed to the final of the FAW Women's Cup final following a convincing 5-1 win over Llandudno Ladies at Latham Park in Newtown on Sunday.
The Swans took the lead just after the half-hour mark as forward Jodie Passmore struck following a superb through ball from Sarah Adams.
Katy Hosford narrowly missed the woodwork while two fine free-kicks from Jodie Passmore and a great chance for midfielder Sophie Hancocks forced Llandudno's keeper into action before the break.
At the other end, skipper Alicia Powe showed some solid defending to keep the score at 1-0 going into the interval.
The Swans doubled their lead minutes after the restart with an impressive 47th minute free-kick from Hosford.
Passmore scored her second of the match in the 79th minute with a low, powerful shot in the bottom left corner following an assist from Katie Davies.

Swans keeper Courtney Young made a great save to deny Llandudno a consolation goal in the 90th minute.
Swansea then extended their lead further in stoppage time as Passmore completed her hat-trick with a bullet header to net her 20th goal of the season in all competitions.
There was still time for another goal for the Swans as Davies netted with an outstanding strike from 25 yards before Llandudno grabbed a consolation in the final seconds of the match.
