Swansea City midfielder Jonjo Shelvey starts as England confirm Euro spot

Jonjo Shelvey became the first Swansea City player to earn an England cap while at the club as he started in the 6-0 victory over San Marino.
The Swans midfielder won his second cap for England, featuring for the whole 90 minutes and setting up the visitors' fifth goal for Harry Kane as Roy Hodgson's side booked their place at the Euro 2016 Championships.
Shelvey now hopes to feature in Hodgson's plans as England host Switzerland at Wembley on Tuesday night.



Meanwhile, keeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt was an unused substitute as Sweden were beaten 1-0 in Russia.
On Friday night, Lukasz Fabianski featured for the full game as Poland lost 3-1 in Germany.
