Swansea City Miscellany out now!

18th September

Do you know which Swans manager penned his own poetry book? Or how many matches the club has played on Christmas Day? Or which former Swansea striker now owns a French patisserie?
If not, you'll want to grab a copy of the Swansea City Miscellany - a new book crammed with hundreds of intriguing facts, stories and statistics from the club's 103 years.
Published by Pitch Publishing, in association with the club, the miscellany is an encyclopedia of everything Swansea City - from tales of legendary players and cup triumphs, to record-breaking statistics and top ten lists.
Author Chris Carra, who wrote Swansea City's Greatest Games last year, said: "Working on this book was a huge challenge and great fun in equal measures. The club has such a rich and interesting history, the hardest part was deciding what facts to leave out!"
The book, available in the club shop now for £9.99, comes with a foreword from Chairman Huw Jenkins and a handful of nostalgic photos.
Author Carra will be signing copies from 1pm on Saturday in the Club Shop.
