Swansea City Neil Taylor Deportivo La Coruna Liberty Stadium

28th July

Neil Taylor believes Saturday's final friendly with Deportivo La Coruna is just the challenge the Swans need ahead of the league opener with Chelsea.
Garry Monk's side complete their pre-season schedule with a test against the Spanish club at the Liberty (5.30pm).
A successful tour of Germany saw the Swans draw with Champions League qualifiers Borussia Monchengladbach before seeing off 1960 Munich 2-1.
Domestic friendly matches both ended 1-1 against Reading and Nottingham Forest, with Deportivo La Coruna providing the final opposition ahead of the opening Barclays Premier League fixture with defending champions Chelsea.
And Taylor feels the La Liga side will provide the perfect test for the Swans in preparation for the trip to Stamford Bridge.

"We've had a really good work-out in each of our friendly matches, and Saturday will be no different," said the Wales international.
"Our last pre-season game is always a real tough one. In the past we've had Stuttgart, Villarreal and now Deportivo.
"They are the type of games that we need. Deportivo will provide a big challenge, and it will be a really good game to have ahead of the first game.
"We have plenty of game-time under our belts with no injury concerns, so we're ticking along nicely.
"Everything is in preparation for that first game against Chelsea."
