Ever wondered what it's like to train with the Swans?
We can take you through one of Garry Monk's training session through the eyes of the coaching staff and a player's perspective thanks to a GoPro video special.
Taken at our training camp in Grassau, Germany, watch as head of sports science Jonny Northeast puts the squad through their paces in the pre-session warm-up.
Then summer signing Eder dons the GoPro camera as he takes part in a passing drill.
