Swansea City Under-23 Gregor Zabret

29th September

Gregor Zabret wants an instant response from Swansea City Under-23s when they face Newcastle United on Friday.
The young Swans face the Magpies for the second time in five days in their Premier League Cup Group A fixture at Whitley Park (1pm).
The 20-year-old, who signed a new two-year deal with the Swans in June, started his first game of the season with the U23s during Monday's 3-2 league defeat against Newcastle.
And the Slovenian Under-21 international wants the Swans youngsters to put things right with a positive result when the sides meet again tomorrow.
"We are disappointed with the league defeat on Monday," said Zabret. "We showed character to come back into the game but mistakes cost us and we conceded sloppy goals.
"Our match on Friday is a good chance to put things right. I feel we have something to prove against Newcastle this week.
"It was good to get my first start of the season. I want to take each game as it comes. I have been training hard and every game from here is an opportunity for me.
"My focus is here with Swansea. This has been a long trip for us - we don't want to go back without a positive result and I want us to make it right on Friday."
