Swansea City Under-23s Gary Richards

Coach Gary Richards insists Swansea City Under-23s must cut out basic errors in order to progress this season.
The young Swans lost their Premier League 2 (Division 2) match 3-2 against Newcastle United at Whitley Park on Monday.
Goals from Sean Longstaff, Dan Barlaser and Callum Roberts gave the Magpies a 3-0 lead before strikes from George Byers and Botti Biabi saw the Swans set up a nail-biting finish.
But despite creating chances to equalise, the U23s fell to their second defeat of the season in PL2 (Division 2).
And despite the fightback, Richards admitted he was disappointed with the defeat.
"We gave ourselves a mountain to climb tonight," the Under-23s coach said."The three goals we conceded were easily preventable.
"We showed some good character and spirit to fight back into the match but we gave ourselves too much to do.
"We know we have the quality in the side to be better in possession than we were tonight, I felt we did not control the game for long enough periods.
"We need to learn from games like this if we are to continue developing in the league this season.
"Tonight is disappointing. a few decisions did not go our way, but it is important to put it behind us and look ahead to our next match against them (Newcastle) in the Premier League Cup this Friday."
