Swansea City v West Ham ticket information

Jack Army members will receive £5 in Loyalty Cash when purchasing their ticket for our Premier League fixture against West Ham United.
The Swans host Slaven Bilic's side at the Liberty Stadium on Boxing Day (3pm), with tickets going on sale from Monday, October 31.
The £5 Loyalty Cash can be redeemed on official Swans merchandise in the Liberty Stadium Club Shop, Cwmdu store and online, and will be deposited into supporters' accounts the day after our fixture with the Hammers.
Our Loyalty Cash offer will also be in place for our fixture against Bournemouth on New Year's Eve.

Terms & Conditions:
1. £5 Loyalty Cash will be awarded to Jack Army Members who purchase a standard match ticket in their window for each of the following fixtures:
Sunderland at Home on the 10th of December
West Ham at Home on the 26th December
Bournemouth at Home on the 31st December
2. £5 Loyalty Cash will be awarded to Jack Army Members who buy their ticket for the above matches in their window of sale.
3. Tickets bought in the General Sale window by Jack Army Members will not be awarded this offer.
4. The £5 Loyalty Cash will not be in the Jack Army Member's account until the day after the fixture it was bought for.
5. Jack Army Members who purchased a ticket and received £5 Loyalty Cash will have until the 31st of May 2017 to spend it otherwise it will be void after that date.
6. Ticket purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded prior to the match will not be awarded Loyalty Cash.
7. The £5 Loyalty Cash earnt can only be redeemed to purchase Official Swansea City AFC merchandise in our Liberty Stadium Club Shop, Cwmdu store & online at www.swansdirect.com
8. To redeem the Loyalty Cash, supporters will have to scan their card at the till or log into their account online. Supporters need to make sure that they use the same account (account number) to log in to swansdirect.com as they do on eticketing.co.uk to use their Loyalty Cash.
9. Your Loyalty Cash balance will expire at midnight on the 31st of May 2017.
10. The £5 Loyalty Cash offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
