It proved a hugely successful international period for Swansea City pair Joe Rodon and Connor Roberts as they helped Wales to back-to-back victories.

Rodon was handed his senior debut in Friday night's 2-1 Euro 2020 qualifying win over Azerbaijan in Cardiff, and then played another 90 minutes on Monday as Ryan Giggs' side saw off Belarus 1-0 in a friendly thanks to former Swan Daniel James' stunning strike.

Roberts also featured for the duration in both matches, with the right-back winning his 11th and 12th caps for his country.

Bersant Celina is busy preparing for Kosovo's qualifier against England tonight.

He goes into the game having started his nation's 2-1 win over the Czech Republic on Saturday - a result which leaves them a point behind tonight's opponents, having played a game more.

Only accepted as a member of Uefa and Fifa in 2016, Kosovo have not lost in almost two years - a run of 15 games.

Kristoffer Nordfeldt was an unused substitute as Sweden beat the Faroe Islands 4-0 and drew 1-1 with Norway in their qualifiers.

In the Uefa Under-21 Championship qualifiers, four Swans featured as Wales beat Belgium 1-0.

Ben Cabango, Jack Evans and Liam Cullen all started while Oli Cooper came off the bench as the young Dragons clinched victory in Wrexham.

Cabango and Cullen played the full game while Evans was replaced late on and Cooper was introduced for the final 15 minutes. Keiran Evans, meanwhile, was an unused substitute.

Wales play again today, with Paul Bodin's side hosting Germany at the Racecourse Ground.

Staying at U21 level, Ben Wilmot was not part of the squad as England beat Turley and Kosovo.
