Taylor features for U21s at QPR

14th March

Neil Taylor continued his return to full fitness on Thursday night by featuring for Swans Under-21s at QPR.
The Wales international made his first appearance since breaking his ankle against Sunderland last September, playing for the first half before being replaced by Connor Roberts at the break.
The Swans were 1-0 up by the time Taylor was substituted, Josh Sheehan beating Joe Lumley after a fine cross from Curtis Obeng.
But QPR came back strongly, and they were awarded a penalty after Keston Davies was adjudged to have brought down Max Ehmer.
But David Cornell reacted superbly to dived to his left and touched it around the post.
The young keeper was at it again soon after, denying Peter Skapetis after the half-hour mark following a powerful 25-yard strike.
But the hosts, and Skapetis, were not to be denied.
Five minutes after the restart, they were on level terms after Skapetis slammed home into the roof of the net after a cross from Mo Shariff.
And things got better for Mark Bircham's side with 20 minutes to go as a failure to clear the danger led to Skapetis firing into the bottom corner.
