Derby home Connor Roberts

Swansea City head coach Steve Cooper has made one enforced change to his side for the Championship play-off final against Brentford.

With Wayne Routledge out injured, Connor Roberts comes into the side to play in an advanced role.

The Swans are otherwise unchanged from the semi-final second leg against Barnsley.

Freddie Woodman continues in goal, with Kyle Naughton, Ben Cabango, Marc Guehi and Jake Bidwell ahead of him.

Captain Matt Grimes once again links up with Jay Fulton and Conor Hourihane in the middle of the park.

Jamal Lowe and Andre Ayew continue in attack, with Roberts set to join them in a front three.

Routledge's absence from the matchday squad sees Kieron Freeman promoted to the bench.
