The Swans ended a five-game losing streak in the old Division Four by turning Tranmere over at the Vetch.
Goals from David Hough and Keri Andrews were enough to claim victory in front of just over 3,000 at the Vetch.
The Swans would finish the campaign in 12th position - one point above rivals Cardiff.
