Scotland Youth striker Paul Chalmers was on the scoresheet as the Swans were forced to share the spoils in their midweek trip to Preston.
His strike came either side of braces picked up in 2-2 home draws with Bradford City and Fulham, with Chalmers ending the season with seven goals in 21 league games.
The Swans finished their Division Three campaign in 19th position - five points above the relegation zone.
