West Brom 0 Swansea City 2
Premier League - Sunday, September 1, 2013
The Swans claimed their first points of the season with a 2-0 victory at West Brom.
Michael Laudrup's side were the better team throughout, enjoying the majority of possession and territory at The Hawthorns.
They took a first-half lead when Ben Davies volleyed home his second goal for the club in the 22nd minute following Pablo Hernandez's cross.
And it was Hernandez who settled the contest in the second half, sidefooting home in the 83rd minute after he was teed up by Michu.
It proved a welcomed three points for the Swans, who head into the international break with a hard-fought but deserved away victory behind them.
