17th September

Swansea 3-0 West Brom
Barclays Premier League - Saturday, 17 September 2011
The Swans earned their first Premier League win after a stylish performance against West Brom at the Liberty.
Despite going four games without a win - or a goal - the home side had plenty to celebrate on their fifth outing in the top flight.
Swansea dominated the early exchanges and took the lead when Joe Allen was fouled in the box, leaving Scott Sinclair to coolly dispatch his penalty beyond Ben Foster.
Summer signing Leroy Lita scored his first goal for the club to double the lead, while Nathan Dyer made it three just minutes after the break.
West Brom had chances to pull a goal back during the second period, Michel Vorm saving superbly from a Graham Dorrans free-kick before the Dutch international was again on hand to deny Shane Long in stoppage time.

SWANS: Vorm, Rangel, Monk, Williams, Taylor (Bessone, 85), Britton, Allen, Gower, Dyer (Routledge, 71), Sinclair, Lita (Moore, 71).

WEST BROM: Foster, Olsson, Shorey, Dawson, Morrison, Reid, Thomas (Brunt, 46), Mulumbu (Dorrans, 46), Scharner (Cox, 67), Long, Odemwingie.
