Christmas Opening Hours
As of Monday, December 2, our Club Shop opening hours will be extended to ensure that you are able to squeeze in all your holiday shopping.

Last Order Dates
If you’re doing your Swans Christmas shopping online at www.store.swanseacity.com this year, make sure you check the delivery deadline dates to avoid Christmas morning disappointment and to ensure that your order arrives before the big day.
The last order date for UK residents will be midday Friday, December 20 (£4.95 standard delivery charge or FREE if you spend over £75.00), but for regions outside of the UK, please click here.
For click & collect, all orders must be placed online by midday Mon 23rd Dec to collect in store by 2pm Christmas Eve
Returns Policy
If you open your presents to find someone has got you the wrong size, fear not because we will be extending our returns policy to enable you to obtain a refund or make an exchange after Christmas.
Any purchases made on, or after November 11, can be returned between December 27-January 12, 2020 (with proof of purchase).
