Ticket office and club shop opening hours

The club wishes to update supporters on the opening hours for the club shop and ticket office at the Swansea.com Stadium.

Ticket office

Monday, January 3 - closed

Tuesday, January 4 - 9am to 5pm

Wednesday, January 5 - 9am to 5pm

Thursday, January 6 - 9am to 5pm

Friday, January 7 - 9am to 5pm

Normal ticket office opening hours will resume being Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The ticket office at the Swansea.com Stadium is currently closed for in-person visits, however the team remain contactable via email and by telephone. 

Supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com, or supporters who wish to call us may do so by calling 01792 616400 and selecting option 1.

Supporters are reminded that they must wear a face covering, unless exempt whilst in the Club shop in person.
