Trundle springs season ticket surprise

7th August

Two lucky Swans fans got the surprise of their life on Wednesday as Club Ambassador Lee Trundle personally presented them with their season tickets.
The two supporters were selected at random to be surprised with the new electronic credit card system that users just swipe to get into games at the Liberty Stadium.
Trunds first surprised 15-year-old Paige Williams at her grandparent's house in St Thomas.

"I was absolutely shocked to see Lee standing there with my season ticket, I wasn't expecting it at all," she said.
"I think it's going to be a really good season for the Swans, I hope we get higher in the league and I can't wait to see the first game of the season."
Trundle then headed over to Brynmill Park and fought his way through scores of fans to have a kickabout with five-year-old Archie Woolway from Loughor.
The youngster was thrilled with his season ticket, adding: "It's great, I can't wait to see the Swans play this season."
Our Club Ambassador then took the time to show him some tricks and treated Archie to a personal Lee Trundle football session.
Archie's father, Matthew, said: "As a family we've supported the Swans for years and years, so to have this to happen for Archie ahead of the new season is amazing."
And after a busy afternoon, Trunds revealed that he loved every minute of surprising the fans.
"To just turn up and surprise them like that is great," he said. "Paige was a bit shocked, she didn't really know what to say but she loved it.
"The reaction of Archie was brilliant. It was great to spend some time showing him some tricks and playing a bit of football in the park - he's a good little player!
"Meeting all the other kids there was great as well, I love getting out and meeting the fans like that.
"I think today will be something that both Paige and Archie will remember for years, and what a great way to start the season for them both."
